REPRESENTING
WHISTLEBLOWERS
NATIONWIDE
Providing experienced and effective representation to whistleblowers in "qui tam" whistleblower cases under the False Claims Act and whistleblower claims under Anti-Fraud Statutes
With more than $3 trillion flowing through the U.S. health care system, there is widespread fraud and abuse.
In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Congress authorized historical levels of emergency funding. Whistleblowers are needed to rid out fraud.
This program is meant to protect the integrity of the financial markets, provide transparents, and protect the public.
Whistleblowers are crucial when it comes to $550 billion federal funds for projects involving road, bridges, water infrastructure, replacing lead pipes and other projects.
Claims against government contractors may be brought for many different types of false or fraudulent claims including bid-ridding, price-fixing and substituting products.
Under this program, whistleblowers are eligible for an award for reporting violations anti-bribery provisions of the FCPA.
PRACTICE
AREAS
EXPERIENCE MATTERS
It is wise to seek an experienced attorney to evaluate and pursue your False Claims Act case.
From start to finish, False Claims Act and other whistleblower cases can be highly complex and last for many years. It is therefore essential to seek out an attorney who is experienced and can represent your interests for the duration.
For cases that we accept, we are thorough. Before we file your case, we investigate the facts and the fraud. We extensively research the law. We prepare a complete and convincing complaint and disclosure statement.
We have established relationships with the various U.S. Attorney Offices across the country, including in Western Pennsylvania, and in the U.S. Department of Justice. And we work collaboratively with other members of the False Claims Act and whistleblower bar from across the country.
